The term "ugly" is not same meaning as the "ugly" that those superficial ppl always used. "ugly" as in "darn ugly in character wise"
I understand and totally agree that there is always a Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde in everyone. No one is perfect, everyone has his/her own strengths and weakness.
Yet, devouring others alive like a darn hungry cannibal is darn despicable.
The darn hungry cannibal i m refering to is those who make used of people to climb the ladder of success, which includes; backstabbing or stealing of credits or simply made used of people. Sometimes it also means those, whose actions and words does not telly at all.
To me this is not a weakness, is something to do with integrity. Integrity is some sort of like a "code" of life.
You asked me how much integrity worth? Can it buy me the biggest house on earth? I don't have an exact answer for that. Then you will say, "If integrity can't give me money and fame i crave, why should i live with integrity?"
Well, integrity earns you respect. Thats what i should say, and i m darn certain about it. You can have the green notes to buy you a house, but green notes can never earn you integrity.
Now make a guess how much people have lose their respect from me to them?
Okie, i must admit, i do have double standard. I have a higher expectation towards those who claimed themselves as "Child of God" or saying their favourite book is the holy bible.
Right, i know their human afterall, they ain't saint. But integrity is the "basic" of life. And God cares alot, i mean alot, on how His little ones are living.
Don't tell me they don't know the basic "honesty" act.
To those who claim themselves as "Child of God", yet living w/o intergrity, I hope God will guide them, which i hope is, knock some sense in them with a big hammer.
I know i m judging very hard, which equivalent to a sin.
Yet, i can't help it. "Child of God" is also known as ambassador of God. They are representing the rest of the children as well. Is like tarnishing the reputation of the rest of the people. And is not a nice feeling to see your brother/sister in Christ straying away.
Lets cast religion aside, even he/she is not a christian, integrity determines alot of things about that one person. Like what i say, is the simplest formula for living.
And by the way, i have seen ugly ones enough.
Don't get too suprised if one day i prowl on you and scream in your face.
= Being judgmental? No just being honest =
Note: Anyway, those friends who are there with me during fun, can only be just friend. ( Not even "my" friend)
I appreciate those who are there to share woes.
